Whenever fall and winter roll around we always crave those comforting spicy flavors of the season.  That’s why I want to share with you this delicious vanilla chai flavored keto protein shake recipe. You will fall in love with the vanilla flavor and yummy spices that chai embodies, think cinnamon, clove and ginger!

When I’m short on time, I love starting my day off with this ketogenic protein shake.  It also makes an awesome keto snack when you start experiencing that dreaded afternoon slump. With a whopping eleven grams of protein and fifteen grams of fat, this vanilla chai protein shake will give you the energy you need to power through your day!

Keto Protein Shake: Vanilla Chai


  • 3/4 cups Brewed Chai Tea
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (Full Fat and Unsweetened)
  • Splash of Vanilla Extract

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 packet of Stevia or your favorite keto approved sweetener
  • Spice it up with a pinch of cardamom, cinnamon, clove or ginger.  This will just add an even spicier flavor to your chai.


Add all your ingredients to a shaker cup and shake your contents until everything is combined and smooth.

Sometimes I like making this as a cold shake.  All I do is cool down my tea,  add a few ice cubes and blend in the blender for about five seconds.  Whichever way you choose to make this shake, it is so creamy and yummy!
